Now that Northern Virginia is beginning to thaw, it's time to celebrate the beginning of spring and just next week, St. Patrick's Day! What began as a yearly gathering of a stroll on Massachusetts Avenue with just a few participants has now blossomed into a three-hour long celebration of the Irish culture.
